Your Responsibilities

As an Employee Campaign Manager (ECM), you serve as a vital part of the campaign planning process. You will help facilitate and customize the campaign to fit your workplace’s culture. A successful workplace campaign is as unique as the culture of the company who runs it. Let us know how we can support you to be innovative and creative to drive success for the campaign.

You create a common purpose to join employees from all departments, levels and functional areas. You bring teams together and foster great relationships to uplift our community and benefit United Way.  

What will you do as an ECM?

  • Act as the liaison between United Way and your organization
  • Work closely with United Way staff to develop and deploy an effective campaign
  • Recruit and coordinate a volunteer committee
  • Engage and educate your team about United Way through kickoff, recognition and team-building events
  • Distribute campaign materials and collect pledge cards
  • Encourage participation and leadership levels of giving by your colleagues
  • Encourage participation and leadership levels of giving by your colleagues
